Venture Into the Heart of Prince George’s County

At the heart of every great community are nonprofits and charitable givers building support for their most vulnerable neighbors. In Prince George’s County, thanks to the combined efforts of our donor family, The Community Foundation can pool resources to strengthen the safety net to meet basic human needs, to connect our youth to opportunities to succeed, and to help workers gain the skills and credentials they need to thrive in our region’s economy.

This spring, join us as we venture into the heart of Prince George’s County.

We will visit some of the county’s most effective nonprofits serving low-income children, families, and seniors. Site visits will last an hour, including a tour, observation of the nonprofit’s programs and a question & answer period with its leadership team. In addition to the site visits, we are hosting community conversations to explore new ways to strengthen and grow your philanthropy.
