Sharing Community Funds
Sharing Community Funds brought donors together to visit our priority neighborhoods throughout the region, learn about the work of visionary nonprofits, and invest $910,000 in strategic grants focused on basic needs, economic mobility, and community wealth building.
We were also thrilled to launch Sharing Northern Virginia with the help of community leaders and professional advisors. We are excited for the impact this initiative will have on donors and innovative nonprofit organizations across Northern Virgina!
The Partnership to End Homelessness
The Partnership to End Homelessness celebrated four years of impact in the fight to end homelessness in DC, including the creation of over 500 homes for low-income residents, advocating for millions of dollars in critical public funding, and providing crucial training to support 26 service providers to leverage an estimated $20+ million in new, annual federal resources through Medicaid for permanent supportive housing.
